At Trend Zone Wholesale, we strive to ensure your inventory meets the highest standards, offering a 30-day return window for items in their original packaging. Please note that all returns are subject to a standard restocking fee unless the merchandise is found to be defective.

Return Process

• 1.
  Submit Return Request

  Log into your wholesale account portal and complete the Online Return Authorization form to receive your RMA number and shipping instructions.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Shipment

  Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all tags and labels are intact, and clearly mark the RMA number on the exterior of the box.

• 3.
  Ship to Distribution Center

  Send the package via a trackable shipping service to our central warehouse; please retain your tracking number until the return is processed.

• 4.
  Inspection and Credit

  Our quality control team will inspect the goods within 5 business days of arrival, after which a credit memo or refund will be issued to your account.
